During 12 till 15 May 2019
Our journey this Year is completely different , we will visit our families and relatives of Yemeni refugees in Djibouti.
This journey for visit relatives, relief, sad condolences and decrease their pains.
Journey goals:
- Distributing 2000 Iftar meal, meal costs 3.5 Dollars.
- Distributing 1000 Ramadan bins ,bin cost 65 dollars, enough for 10 days.
- Distributing 1000 infants milk, milk can cost is 7.5 Dollars.
- Sponsor 150 students of our Yemeni refugee brothers sons’ to help them to complete their educational journey.. student cost only 350 dollars annual.
- Support 5 families with small projects (additional goal added for the journey goals as a necessary goal).
Target donation: 136000 dollars
Achieved donations: 66350 dollars
- The participants were distributed 300 Iftar meals… Consist of rice, meat or chicken, juice or fruits, water and date.Our participant team create new dimension on Iftar meals by helping in the meals cooking for their brothers as trying to do the highest one body meaning between Muslims. and our teams distributed meals also in Niger, Malaysia and for Rohingya refugees’.
- Our participant team distributed 600 bins for 600 families (4000 people) for Yemeni refugees families and some surrounding poor families…These bins were enough for the family 10 days.
- This year we were made unique different event in fundraising field by distributing fresh components in the bins (tomatoes, onion, garlic, vegetables and potatoes) in addition to meat or chicken to be used in short period before damaging by high atmosphere heat in addition to the big part of the dry foods.
- With this food package we were achieved unique target within goodness field.
- We were distributed iftar and Ramadan bags in some other Asian and African countries.
- How it is beautiful to see the whole family members smile and happiness when they see their infant recovers after he was close to die because deep drought as a result of malnutrition.
- Our participant team insist to distribute 500 infant milk cans as a help to remove these infants suffer from drought and malnutrition.
- To accomplish our highest goal in building the best people we can…Participant team were sponsored 50 students of our brothers of Yemeni refugees to decrease their big load and to help their children to complete their educational journey, in big economic pressure atmosphere which force these families to deprive their children from the education for their need for children support as a labour or to safe education fees which aren’t priority in this atmosphere.
- During #Djibouti_Break_fast_Togather_5 all the participants were observed families we can change their reality to become productive families instead of neediness by a small amount of money, we were established small project to save monthly income help them in this life big loads’.
